What color top should I wear with a black and white skirt?
Q. I just got a black and white skirt, and wondering if I can wear a top that is some other color? I don't have any white tops, but I do have a couple of black ones I can match it with. But would other colors look okay? I also got a cute purple top (sort of lavender), but I have no clue about what goes with what. The skirt is patterned, so I assume whatever color I wear on top should be a solid?
