The term is often extended to include the people subscribed to such a list, so the group of subscribers is referred to as "the mailing list", or simply "the list". When I create an event that everyone in the group should be invited to, I'd like to be able to just type the group name into the attendees like I do when I'm sending email. But that doesn't seem to work, and I wind up typing each individual contact. Am I missing something, or do iCal and Address Book really not allow this?
