How can firefox speed up your browsing when your internet service only goes so fast?
Q. I have verizon high speed. Verizon says it is always set at the same speed. So how can having firefox speed up my browsing? I have heard people say it does "speed up their browsing" but if your internet speed is already set not to change based on usage or number of people online at the time how can any browser speed up your net surfing? thank you.

A. Firefox closes tabs and keeps them from running to boost speed. It also automatically closes other programs as well. Its not about the overall speed of your modem, Its about the PC's performance and FireFox helps it out.

How can I automatically delete my Firefox browsing history?
Q. I know how to manually delete my Firefox browsing history, by clicking on tools and then clearing my browsing date. But how can I make Firefox delete the history automatically, each time I shut down Firefox? I know it can be done, but I can't find the right way to do it. Does anyone else know?

A. Click on 'Tools'. Then 'Options'. Under the 'Privacy' tab, check the box that says 'Always Clear Private Data When I Close Firefox. If you click settings right next to that, it will let you decide what you want to delete each time Firefox is closed.
