are there any web portals, or "start pages" that focus on good, or positive news?
Q. I am so tired of starting my internet time with all the awful things going on in the world! I hear about them all day, see it on TV, and that's enough for me. How do I set up a web portal?
Q. I work for a company that has put up these silly firewalls which blocks even some of the most beneficial sites on the web. I need to know how to set up a web portal so I can stream all of my information through it and thrus making the filter seem like my site is ok and not paying attention to any of the information flowing through it.

A. go to cruisecritic.com and go to the message boards. There is alot of info about each port and 1st hand reviews / experiences on the tours. You can book private tours directly with the tour operators and usually have a better experience for a better price than booking with the cruise line. There are sites like shoretrips.com and porttrips.com but you can get better prices booking the same stuff on your own.
