Since these terms and conditions vary from service provider to provider, and mostly are written by lawyer dudes who check every single word carefully, I will assume that there are no template-making programs out there. Just visit a few web sites who require user and passwords, like maybe Yahoo!'s email, Hotmail, or web forums out there. Choose your words carefully. Usually the forum software you choose will have one already.

A. it is not a cost effective system yet. that is why you won't find it. restaurant food is expensive enough. try, though, to set up a grocery delivery biz. VAN something tried it 2-3 yrs ago and claims to have lost tens of millions. I can' t figure out how they lost more than a few thouand $.

A. I would say "Yes but with limitations". And the limitations are not of the browser but the device. There would be some components like flash/java which the devices are not able to handle these won't appear in the browser. I am using it on my PDA and had no such issue except for flash. Like I am not able to play videos on youtube in this or to the fact any mobile browser. Cheers.. Nilesh

How would i create a Web Portal for ppl who signon to my WiFi Signal?

I have a wifi connection in my house, problem is I have every hotspot junkie sitting outside across the street at the autozone using my connection. now I know I could just make it a secured connection no big deal but when I went to Mcdonalds the other day and used their wifi inspiraiton hit. I want them to access a webpage that I set up and cannot go anywhere else unless they pay me $2.oo an hour how would I do it? Im familiar with HTMl and PHP just the mechanics of not letting them navigate is what is getting me.

A. Unless you have a business license, this would not be a good idea. Basically, you make all port 80 requests redirect to a page you create, unless a verified session has been created (via cookie, or php session variables). However, if your network is not secured in the first place, good luck keeping it up.
